Bob's Jewel Shop does not issue cash refunds, however you may exchange the item or receive a store credit for future use. You may exchange or return your purchase within 30 days of purchase only if merchandise is unworn and in new condition - not altered in any way. Credit will expire one year from date issued.
Bob's offers a six month interest free layaway plan with only 20% down with a payment due each month. If no layaway payment is received within 60 days, the merchandise will be returned to stock and a store credit will be issued. Credit will expire one year from date issued.
No returns or credit will be honored on custom orders, special orders, altered or engraved merchandise.
Bob's will be happy to help you with an exchange or give you a store credit for future use.
